We can choose no matter how hard things seem to be, we can be loving! We have a long or short a journey to deal with and why not in peace? God loves us totally no matter what we have done and why not share that by being loving and kind.

2024 was a challenge for me. I fractured my Lumbar 1 and the healing has been a long time of learning about pain and the learning of my attitude toward it. Not only was I dealing with that but my right neck was in pain with the residual polio that I had in my body as a young girl.

I chose to have a loving relationship with God myself my family and the world. I didn’t want to be an old grouch. God gave me a supernatural peace through it all. I was slowly healing and learning to walk more steady and being aware of God having a healing hand in all of getting back to the gym last week. So bless you God!!
